It’s great getting feedback. But so many want to hit the big payoff too soon, building any type of organisation, service, or business takes time and patients which will allow you to correct problems before they become problems.
The fox said to the chicken. Don’t be afraid, I just want to play. The chicken replied, don’t be surprised I just need to run.
People don’t need you to help them walk and talk, but if delivered as a service that is a service, and not an individual peddling possibilities. The reaction is as I explained in my email replies, by doing it as part of an expanding networking group, exchanging ideas, cultural experiences and group adventures. The result is a win towards a growing consistent financial payoff.
Play honest and win today and tomorrow !
A job like a relationship can end. Todays world allows those with capital many options to gain profit or rewards, there was a time when industry built around mass people employment attracted capital because of the social and economic benefit. Today large-scale employment is more complex, with labour demanding more the cost and return on invest changes and sometimes is not attractive as other options available to capital.
Start developing your niche while working at your job as to ease your transition which will place you in a stronger personal place. At http://www.good.is/members/peter-dopson I have started writing what will be the community of self-employed, when possible stop by it is to allow others to help each other by utilizing each persons skill set and knowledge, to assist building individual self-employment services into a larger community for financial, emotional and total business support.
Had a great time earlier at a Crowd Funding / CO-OP luncheon, we talked about the direction of finance and the great new thing called Crowd Funding. The sad truth is that crowd funding is not new, the name may be but not the concept, and what was truly surprising is that everyone thought they had all the answers to solving the tool use of social media to generate capital attraction. I see social media as a phone call, you answer only if you first know who is calling and second if you wish to talk with the caller, the belief that a great video and a constant blitz of updates is the path to follow is not my belief. I still believe that the human reaching out along with a descriptive expression in video and printed booklet tied into limited email updates is still the way to go, this presently works for us and has been 100 % successful simply because it makes for a fully informed decision. Many find this to be time-consuming and dislike the closed circle launch that is used as we only focus on those that are aware of the project and not the use of a full public platform, we focus on our client list along with the people you know and build from there, I am not in favour of reaching out to the public unless the project offers a product in exchange for participating. Crowd Funding and Crowd Sourcing has and always will be with us, and was not created by social media. I still believe in the power people and a story my mother told me of a farmer and how he received the help of the village to water his crops in exchange for a share in his crops, which I think was Crowd Sourcing.
We get there and do what we believe is a great job and expect all will be, and change will happen when we are ready. Surprise. In the past when community worked with industry to foster the growth of the town and small business, the thinking was as one will prosper all will. Move ahead to today and it is I have mine, you go get yours, if you want some of mine, I will take it and leave. What happened ? Many answers to pick from and still no answer to solve the problem.
I believe we have to start rebuilding with more love for ourself and others. We start by creating the next era of products with concern for community as we decide on a manufacturing location, the effects on the planet, and the value of the product and related services, while taking into consideration a living income. This does not mean we are not part of the free market or of a non capitalist belief, this just means we want to earn as to live and retire to a bed at night and rise the next day to food and air that is not slowly killing us.
Capital is King. The present system serves some well and as such will continue to do so. The growth in Crowd Funding brings back the opportunity of community CO-OP finance and gives us a chance to untie ourselves from the guide rope of dead-end jobs. We educate our children as to better the growth of a prosperous society, not to have them bow out and settle for what is. As I mentioned before CrowdFunding can play a major role in the Future of building new industry and put our great children onto the path vision they see for their future jobs and families.
I have worked on projects that employed Crowd Funding to raise capital, what we experienced is that the banks don’t need to invest in small business or industries in start-up or expansion. The banks can make money overnight with little or no risk and provide for the people they serve, this does not mean that banks are not caring, we must understand they are a business driven by profit and power, not help and hugs.!
I urge people at every chance given to start the process of hobby or passion income development. We start by gathering your emotion towards what you feel your passion is, what you have done to express it and start the building of your passion into a hobby income functional platform.
Many feel as they are busy with present day-to-day work that all should be okay, and there is no concern to consider other forms of income. A job is just your service for fee and if things change so will it. The bigger problem with change is when you have to and not if you wish to, adding to this the label of unemployed, with this tag it even becomes more difficult to be considered for new employment.
Then there is your savings, if any, that does not last long because when created you had income and with cash flow you truly do not consider your lifestyle habits until the cash flow of income stops and you are functioning on savings.
The people who have joined us on the journey of developing hobby income, have found it easier to transition from employment changes, compared to justifying what went wrong while seeking new employment or trying to develop opportunity with shrinking cash flow.
A solution is not an answer…But a result !
